A great all-rounder, with a distinct sweet smoke adding some excellent mahogany colour, the Wildfish Cherry Smoking Dust features a mild flavour strength and pairs well with pork, poultry and vegetables. It is recommended to soak your wood chips or sawdust in liquid for an hour or so prior to use, this helps to slow the smoulder of the wood and provides added humidity that assists with moisture in the meat.
