PERFORMING A VEHICLE RECOVERY IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS, and even if you have successfully completed a vehicle recovery before, YOU MUST ASSESS EACH RECOVERY SITUATION to ensure the SAFETY OF ALL PERSONS involved, and to protect personal property (including the vehicles). 1) You should INSPECT THE METAL RECOVERY PRODUCTS for wear and damage: a) Immediately prior to departing on a trip or journey, or during a routine planning or preparation session; and b) Immediately PRIOR TO EACH USE. 2) PRIOR TO EACH USE you are responsible for each of the following things:Inspect the Metal Recovery Product for wear and damage, and that it is in safe working order – DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT IF it is worn to the extent that it may not work as intended, or it may fail during use, or if it is damaged, or it may foul or damage other components in the MAXTRAX Recovery System, or it is otherwise not in Usable Condition; 3) Metal Recovery Products and spare parts are available from us, and if you require replacement parts, please contact us or visit https://maxtrax.com.au Additional information relating to inspection of the Recovery Product can be obtained from our website at: https://maxtrax.com.au

Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carrier’s discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Anaconda accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note Bulky products are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices/ Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.

 

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Metro Deliveries - should arrive in 2 – 5 business days
Regional Deliveries -should arrive in 3 – 9 business days
Remote Deliveries - should arrive in 5 – 13 business days

Express orders are delivered weekdays within 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery location.

 

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Anaconda locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Anaconda store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 558 990.
