Texting and group messaging are easy when using the Garmin Messenger™ smartphone app. Send and receive messages by using compatible Garmin handhelds, wearables or other devices. Don't let the small size and weight fool you. The inReach Messenger is tough, durable, impact-resistant and waterproofed to IPX7. The simple user interface through Garmin Messenger app on your smartphone makes it easy to exchange text messages with loved one via satellite or mobile phone networks. The app supports seamless switching between Wi-Fi® wireless networking links, broadband cellular and the Iridium® satellite network.
