SELECTING A BODYBOARD
Here are some simple guidelines to help you out in making a decision on what size bodyboard will be best for you.

BODYBOARD LENGTH
Your board, when standing on it's tail (the back end) should come up to roughly within an inch to either side of your belly button. If you normally ride small waves, an inch above, big waves, an inch below. If you are a bigger individual that doesn't meet height standards, then you'll need a board that is shorter and wider.
PLEASE NOTE: These are only general guidelines and they don't necessarily apply to everyone.

BODYBOARD WIDTH
You should be able to hold the board comfortably under your arm and against your side without much if any slack between your armpit and the rail. Again, the type of waves you ride may help your decision. Wide boards for smaller waves, narrower for bigger waves. Big rider? You need a wider board.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
After use, wash board in fresh water. When board is not in use do not leave exposed in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. When storing, stand board up-right. Do not store your board inside your car during hot temperatures. Store your board in a board bag when possible, this prevents board from dings and dents, especially during transportation.

Delivery Acceptance

 

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carrier’s discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Anaconda accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note Bulky products are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices/ Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.

 

Delivery Times

 

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Metro Deliveries - should arrive in 2 – 5 business days
Regional Deliveries -should arrive in 3 – 9 business days
Remote Deliveries - should arrive in 5 – 13 business days

Express orders are delivered weekdays within 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery location.

 

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Anaconda locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information
