Delivery Acceptance
Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carrier’s discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Anaconda accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please note Bulky products are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices/ Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.
Metro Deliveries - should arrive in 2 – 5 business days
Regional Deliveries -should arrive in 3 – 9 business days
Remote Deliveries - should arrive in 5 – 13 business days
Express orders are delivered weekdays within 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments
Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Anaconda locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.
The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information
If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Anaconda store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 558 990.
