The unique and patented composite construction ensures that in the unlikely event your wheels spin during a recovery, the ramp/teeth will not suffer instant catastrophic damage like other recovery tracks. Due to the special nylon material blend, TRED Pro's can handle high levels of flex, are extremely durable and are wear resistant. The strategic combination of elasticity and intelligent design in the body of the board means that your TRED Pro’s provide a high level of pressure against your tire. This ensures ultimate traction and strength to perform under vehicle weight on unstable ground.

Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carrier’s discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Anaconda accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note Bulky products are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices/ Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.

 

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Metro Deliveries - should arrive in 2 – 5 business days
Regional Deliveries -should arrive in 3 – 9 business days
Remote Deliveries - should arrive in 5 – 13 business days

Express orders are delivered weekdays within 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery location.

 

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Anaconda locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.
